We also got to feed monkeys! or shall I say chongos...it was quite exciting although they were very picky. They would rummage through the cup throwing out the fruit and going for the fruit loops and peanuts.
Although it doesn't look like we got super close in the pictures we did get to pet them a few times but you had to be quick.

So did you eat the leftover fruit?
We were trying very hard not to because it was too expensive to eat at the zoo (you know 2.50 for a hamburger instead of 1.00 on the street).
