I was finally got my settlement from NWA from when they lost (for over 30 days) and damaged my luggage during spring break when I went to visit the Steele's. They sent my full claim amount of around $85 without a phone call or email during the whole thing! Don't fly NWA unless your looking for some cash for your stuff.
