Wilmington, North Carolina

Julie's parents were in town this weekend and Saturday we were able to drive about an hour and 45 min to Wilmington. I was particularly excited because this is the very town where Dawson's Creek was filmed and currently One Tree Hill is filmed.

In the background is the North Carolina and that is the Cape Fear River.


On our way we stopped and ate at Bojangles for some chicken n' biscuits! (This picture was supposed to be the first one....oops).

This is actually where Joey (dawson's creek) worked when she was in college-season 5. We looked inside and it appears as though they might have filmed the inside scenes in there as well as it looked the same.

We had to put Julie and her parents in this one since they are from the North! although her mom keeps claiming she is from the South and it will rise again. (They are from Michigan but her mom was born somewhere down South)
